  • Chop onion 2


  • Chop green chilli 1


  • Turmeric powder 2pinch


  • Red chilli powder 1/3tsp


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Oil 2 tsp


  • Wheat flour fough 4 balls


  • Oil 4tsp


  • Clarifird butter 2tsp

Directions

  • Take a mixing bowl break eggs then add all spices and beat keep side.
  • Take a pan put oil add onion and green chilli saute then put beated eggs mix and cook.
  • Take a wheat flour dough balls roll and apply clarifird butter and roll in wheat flour dust roll in rolling pin and cook for both sides apply oil.
  • Then serve laccha parantha with egg burji.
